SECURE HOMES

Smaller children’s homes
“Our secured youth care home provides a safe, supportive environment where young people build confidence and prepare for a positive future.”
Our social pedagogical approach empowers staff to place young people at the heart of their practice, helping them build self-belief and prepare for reintegration into the community. The home is available for young people aged 12-18, whether for welfare, remand, or custodial reasons. While we maintain strong security and safety measures, our personalized risk assessments ensure the home feels like a supportive environment rather than an institution. Young people are encouraged to reflect on their actions and their consequences, preparing them to move forward once they leave the home.
We offer a wide range of services, allowing us to draw on specialized knowledge across the sector to support each young person. This includes high-quality care, education, and therapeutic support, all of which make a positive difference in their lives.
The home also serves as the base for our community intervention project, working with young people who may be involved in risky or offending behaviors. By establishing relationships early, we implement preventative measures to guide them toward positive choices, keeping them away from the criminal justice system.
