We maintain a client-to-supervisor ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 to ensure personalized care for each individual. For those requiring more intensive support, we also offer custom residential packages.
24 HOUR HOSPITAL WATCH SERVICE
We provide this tailored service to local authorities and agency partners. Our supervisors are highly skilled and possess the necessary expertise to assist children and young people in hospital environments.

We have extensive experience in providing support and guidance to children and young people with highly challenging and complex needs, including those considered high-risk.
Family contact support/supervision
Our trained Close Protection staff provide support during supervised contact, ensuring that interactions run smoothly and safely, free from incidents.
WELFARE CHECKS
Our staff visit the designated address to evaluate the child or young person’s condition, ensuring their safety and welfare.
